planning approval and setting design briefs.
Construction can be undertaken by an Architect
lead project or by Design & Build. We have
successfully completed building projects using
both methods. These include 45,000 sq ft carpet
warehouse, 20,000 sq ft warehouse extension, small
unit factory schemes, Town Centre Shopping development
as well as advice on multi unit residential developments.
