David Shrewsbury and Tim Hadland joined in partnership to form Hadland Chartered surveyors. The practice has been serving clients now for twenty years.

Prior to that David spent eleven fascinating years with Northampton Development Corporation acquiring land, planning development areas and selling residential and industrial land to companies wishing to help in the expansion of Northampton. During this period the town grew from a population of 120,000 to 183,000.

Tim had previously been a partner in two estate agent businesses in the town responsible for commercial and professional instructions.

Associate, Peter Castle runs the agency department. Peter has also worked for other local commercial practices and has a wealth of experience in the field of marketing and selling/leasing commercial property.
