Peter Castle is Managing Director. Over the last 20 years Peter has built up a specialist knowledge of the local commercial property market.
The company founders, Tim Hadland and David Shrewsbury act as consultants to the firm. The practice has been serving clients now for over twenty five years.
Prior to that David spent eleven fascinating years with Northampton Development Corporation acquiring land, planning development areas and selling residential and industrial land and letting buildings to companies moving to the expanding town of Northampton. During this period the town grew from a population of 120,000 to 183,000. The town now has a population in excess of 200,000.
Tim had previously been a partner in two estate agent businesses in the town responsible for commercial and professional instructions.
